Returns
We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the product received is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.
To request an exchange:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Share your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video showing the defect.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

Once our team verifies the defect, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or a similar item if the original is unavailable.
Non-Exchangeable Cases
Exchanges will not be accepted for:
