Shipping policy

At House Of Zain, we strive to deliver your streetwear orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order processing time

All standard orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days after the order is confirmed.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
During sales, new drops, or high-demand periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Customized and made-to-order products

Some products may be customized, embroidered, printed, or made to order. These orders require additional production time and may take up to 30 working days to be dispatched.

The estimated dispatch timeline for customized products will be communicated where applicable.

Shipping and delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and courier availability. Most orders are delivered within 2–7 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

Courier delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Remote delivery locations
Operational disruptions

Cash on delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes across India.

House Of Zain reserves the right to limit or refuse COD for certain orders, locations, or customers with repeated failed deliveries.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order tracking

You can track your shipment using the tracking information provided after dispatch. If you do not receive tracking details within the expected dispatch window, please contact us.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
